V.I.P.'s Funding Is Approved By Downtown Los Angeles DLANC

For sometime now V.I.P.'s had been involved in the process of applying for funding from our local Neighborhood  Council; today all paperwork was officially cleared for the much needed funding to help Veterans In Photography reach its core vision of reaching out to various community organization also involved in the arts to form new collaborations in the arts beyond film and photography viewing all art forms and one.
