he 2013 Downtown Film Festival L.A. kicks into high gear with its Opening Night Film & Gala, presenting the U.S. premiere of filmmaker Ron Chapman's Who The F**k Is Arthur Fogel, an irreverently entitled biopic of a seriously important music executive who revolutionized the live concert industry. (Fogel is Live Nation's head of global music and the creative genius behind 7 of 10 world's best-selling concerts tours of all time by superstars like U2, The Stones, Madonna, Lady Gaga, The Police and Bowie). Expect a who's who of industry influentials and a few surprise celebrity guests in attendance. The evening begins with red carpet arrivals, followed by a hosted pre-screening cocktail reception.
