Several Years back Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council 

Funded several of the skid row photography club projects among this was one that we hold in a special category: It was a small 6x4 printer that was pretty much exclusive designated only to photographic Children and or there families, then print out the images on high gloss paper then place printed version in pretty little frame then present the famed peace to the family.
